Because we feel our program—like any good pastry—should be shared, Piece of Cake Bakers now offers communities, school systems and private businesses the opportunity to have their own baking program designed for adults with disabilities.

We can supply a wide variety of services to your organization, ranging from simply consulting as you start your program to hands-on involvement in teaching your baking instructors the famous ‘Pedro in Your Pocket’ system. We can also show you how to ‘sell’ your program to prospective bakeries/employers because of our familiarity with the substantial, applicable Federal tax breaks available to those employers when they hire adults with disabilities.

If you go the ‘Techno Baking’ route, we’ll even do videos of your recipes and upload them to your students’ smart glasses or iPads.
