Enter Piece of Cake Bakers and the Piece of Cake Bakers Training Program.

Our training program—using our own unique color-coded system—meets and overcomes the challenges faced by adults with disabilities by breaking recipe quantities down by easily understood ‘color’ measurements.

With our industry-level training, Piece of Cake Bakers students will be prepared for a variety of positions in the baking industry. Thus, adults with disabilities can get real-time, real-life training and the industry obtains an already-trained work force with hands-on experience.
